Is it possible to access Lanna Gaia without being a hotel guest?

The centre is accessible to everyone, it is for both hotel guests and external guests. Direct access is available at via Doge Michiel 17/A.

What are the opening time of the centre?

Lanna Gaia centre is open everyday all year, (it is closed only on 25th December) from 10.00 to 22.00. The SPA is open at the following times:

SUMMER TIME from 15.00 to 20.00

WINTER TIME from 14.00 to 20.00

What type of massages do you do?

Our therapists are all Thai, they are from the region of Lanna, well known for its wellness philosophy. Thanks to their wise and professional techniques, your physical state will be improved. This is achieved by performing therapeutic actions and relieving muscular tightness. You will also reach a balance within body, mind and spirit.

Do I need to book the treatments?

Booking treatments is appreciated. To choose the right day and time for your needs, we recommend that you book a couple of days in advance, by contacting us to our direct number 0415269703.

How long before do I need to cancel a booking?

It is possible to cancel or modify a booking up to 12 hours before, depending on our availability.

Do you provide massages for couples?

Every massage in our brochure, apart from the Thai traditional, Lanna Lenitive and Natural Lanna, can be done inside our suite for couples and it is not necessary that they are the same massage.

What do we need to bring before entering the centre?

For massages you don’t need to bring anything, we provide flip flops to access the massage rooms. Regarding the SPA, you need to bring your own swimsuit and we will provide you with a towel, a light blanket and flip flops, the cost for SPA entrance is €28 per person.

Are there any discounts on the treatments?

We offer different advantageous solutions for our guests:

PLATINUM SUBSCRIPTION( value of €1000)- discount of 25% on every treatments;

GOLD SUBSCRIPTION( value of €500)- discount of 18% on every treatments;

SILVER SUBSCRIPTION( value of €250)- discount of 10% on every treatment.

Is it possible to book the SPA exclusively?

It is possible to book the SPA exclusively for 2 hours, choosing a preferred time between 10.00 and 14.00 or 20.00 and 22.00, at the price of €300; over the 2 hours the additional cost is €50 per hour within the same indicated hours. It is also possible to organise a number of beverage and refreshments but this has to be agreed in advance.

Is it possible to make a subscription for the SPA?

We have two types of SPA subscriptions, the first costs €100, it includes 10 enters at the SPA and it is valid from Monday to Friday; the second costs €150, it includes 10 enters and it is valid all week. SPA subscriptions do not include attire for the SPA , but you can rent it at the price of €5.00

Is it possible to buy a gift voucher?

The Lanna Gaia centre offers different types of gift vouchers based on duration and types of treatments. Lanna Gaia’ cadeau are available to buy directly online at the page http://www.lannagaia.com/idee-regalo. It is also possible to give as a gift our subscriptions of €250, €500, €1000.

Is it possible to buy a voucher cadeau gifts online?

At the page www.lannagaia.com/idee-regalo it is possible to buy a voucher cadeau  Lanna Gaia by paying via either credit card or with Paypal. The security of the transaction is guaranteed from the online payment system Paypal.

I have bought online a voucher cadeau Lanna Gaia, what do I need to do?

After a couple of hours from your purchase you will receive via e-mail the voucher cadeau in PDF format that you can print and give to the lucky person. This person will then need  to contact the Lanna Gaia centre and book the treatment.
